Zhang Tingting, received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Hong Kong and has been a visiting scholar at the School of Business of University of Sydney. She currently serves as the Associate Professor, Associate Director of the Department of International Business at the Business School of China University of Political Science and Law. Her research areas include institutional theory, multinational corporation performance and risk, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and corporate social responsibility. She has published research as the first author in international business journals such as the “Journal of Business Ethics” (FT 50 list) and “Journal of International Management”. She has also published collaborative work on domestic journals, such as “China Industrial Economics and Management Review”. She has got funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has received the “Outstanding Supervisor for Undergraduate Excellent Graduation Design (Thesis) from the Beijing Municipal Education Commission” and “Excellent Teaching Award from China University of Political Science and Law”. She serves as the Anonymous Reviewer for “Journal of International Management”, “Journal of Business Research”, and “Asia Pacific Journal of Management”.
