Liu Jipeng has qualifications of professor, senior research fellow, senior economist and CPA. He is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He is the vice president of the CERDS (China Enterprise Reform and Development Society), the chief expert of a major project of NSSFC (The National Social Science Fund of China), and the legal adviser of SASAC(The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council). As a panelist of National People's Congress (NPC), he participated in drafting and amending State-owned Asset Law, Securities Law, Futures Trading Law, and Investment Fund Law. Liu Jipeng also serves as independent director of many famous companies, such as China Minsheng Banking, Zhongjin Gold Group, and Changan Automobile Company.
