She was a visiting scholar in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC - CH). Her academic papers have been published in journals such as Management World and Economic Research. Her research expertise is on market economy theories, industrial upgrading & sustainable development, and creative industries.She teaches Principles of Economics, Contemporary Chinese Economies, Managerial Economics, Advanced Microeconomics and Project Management as undergraduate, graduate and MBA courses.She has won honors such as CUPL Outstanding Teacher and Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award.
