Dr Fan Gu is the deputy director of Department of Business Administration of Business School at CUPL. He received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Wuhan University, a master’s degree in Philosophy from University College London, the second master’s degree in Management from the University of Bristol and a doctoral degree in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests include human resource management, organizational behaviors and cross-cultural management.
