From May 2 to 4, 2024, in the vast desert, the warriors of the Business School of China University of Political Science and Law once again wrote a brilliant chapter! Professor Shang Wenjiang, Dean of Business School and Director of MBA Education Center of CUPL , Professor Xiao Furong, assistant dean of Business School and director of MBA Admissions Department, Professor Dai Jianhua, deputy director of MBA Center, and Teacher Wang Huiwen, director of activities of MBA Center, led Fassa 13 team on the expedition. Today, we are proud to announce that in the 13th Asia Pacific Business School Desert Challenge (" Sand 13 "), we successfully won the team's highest honor, the Sand Gull Award, and once again won the Golden Sand Gull!
Since the first Yasai in 2012, the Business School of CUPL has actively participated in it, and has been continuously competing to the 13th session. We are well aware that business school is not only the temple of imparting knowledge, but also the melting pot of cultivating practical ability and exercising the quality of will. Therefore, we attach great importance to the practical activities of the second classroom, and use Yasai as an important platform to sharpen students' will and exercise team spirit.
After a year of rigorous selection and hard training, the MBA Center finally selected 36 elite players to participate in the Yasha Competition. From April 30 to May 1, they assembled for the expedition and set foot on this desert full of challenges and opportunities. In the next three days, they not only faced the scorching sun and wind chaos, but also encountered icy cold rain, but the CUPL warriors still crossed the vast sea of sand with their tenacious will and unremitting efforts. The Super A team challenged the limit of 99 kilometers, the competitive AB team completed the journey of 70 kilometers with heavy loads, and the C team, as a guarantee team, perfectly completed the logistics support work while ensuring the completion of the 33 kilometers of the race.
This competition not only showed the spirit and strong will of the CUPL people, but also condensed the spirit of unity and endeavour of the CUPL people. Each team member has written their own brilliant chapter with their own sweat and efforts. With practical actions, they have interpreted the spirit of "running business with law, carrying out stability and reaching far", and set an example and benchmark for us with the steady pace in the desert.
